What kinds of photos are included?

Small Business Brand Sessions: Comprehensive brand coverage, including headshots, full-body, lifestyle/action, team, product, and environmental images for consistent storytelling.


Team Sessions: Individual headshots and cohesive team portraits to showcase professionalism and brand personality.


Entrepreneur Sessions: A mix of headshots, full-body portraits, product/flat-lay images, and lifestyle/action (if applicable) for cohesive brand content.


Headshot Sessions: Clean, polished headshots optimized for websites, LinkedIn, and/or marketing.

When will I get my photos?

All sessions include standard delivery within 2 weeks. Need your images sooner? Rush Delivery guarantees your gallery 1 week early for $100.

How do I add more team members?

You can add additional team members to the Small Business or Team packages for $75 per additional person. This will account for extra time and extra images.

What should we wear for our session?

Once you book, you’ll receive my detailed style guide with my best tips on how to coordinate without matching, color palettes I recommend, and inspiration you can reference while planning. It walks you through textures, layering, and what to avoid so your outfits feel cohesive and timeless. If you’re deciding between options, you are always welcome to send them to me for feedback. I’m happy to help you choose!

Can I choose the location for my photoshoot?

Yes! You can choose from a variety of beautiful locations in and around the Phoenix metro area, including on-site or at-work locations.


If you already have a specific spot in mind, I’m happy to accommodate it.


Please note: A studio location is included with all Branding and Headshot Packages except the 15-minute Headshot package. This provides a comfortable, private space for your photos free from distraction.

Do you offer travel for sessions?

Yes! I’m based in Glendale, AZ (ZIP code 85308) and love exploring new locations. Travel within 30 miles of 85308 is included in your session fee. Locations beyond 30 miles are subject to a travel fee of $0.75 per additional mile (round-trip) to cover additional distance and time.

Do you offer branding sessions for other photographers?

Yes! Branding sessions for photographers are one of my favorite things to shoot. I understand how important it is for you to have images that feel authentic to your style while still helping you stand out as the face of your business. We’ll create photos that show you working, creating, and connecting—so your clients can see the person behind the camera. Contact me to learn about my Photographer Branding Package.

Inquire

Fill out the contact form on my website. I’ll reach out within 24 hours to learn more about your session and provide a custom quote.

STEP 02

 

Agreement & Retainer

You’ll receive your agreement first, then your invoice. A nonrefundable 50% retainer secures your date.

STEP 03

 

Final Payment

Your remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session. I’ll send a reminder.

STEP 04

 

Session Day

Arrive ready to relax and have fun. I’ll guide you through everything! Photos are delivered digitally within 2 weeks after the session.
